Andy has been playing at the Yardarm year after year because he is just SO TALENTED! He has been playing and singing for over five decades and has played in numerous bands in the Dubuque area. Currently he is performing as a solo act. He plays popular acoustic guitar from the late 60’s through the 70’s. He prides himself on doing very good reproductions of the original songs. The Chicago Tribune once described Andy as “Dubuque’s answer to James Taylor”. In addition to JT he does music by Cat Stevens, Crosby Stills & Nash, Paul Simon, and Gordon Lightfoot to name a few.
